Job summary

Anson McCade are seeking an experienced Contract Business Analyst to join a major public sector digital transformation programme in the UK. This role operates in an agile environment, helping to shape and deliver user‑centred digital services with strong stakeholder collaboration.

You will elicit, analyse and document requirements, facilitate workshops, create and manage user stories and acceptance criteria, support product delivery teams, translate complex needs into actionable requirements,

Qualifications

• Must have proven experience as a Business Analyst within the public sector.
• Strong requirements gathering and stakeholder management skills.
• Extensive experience writing user stories and managing requirements.
• Solid understanding of Agile delivery methodologies.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
