A local government authority in England is seeking a Project Officer coordinator to support the HealthyWay Plus team. The successful applicant will deliver an evidence-based weight management programme aimed at improving health and wellbeing in Medway, in line with local and national public health strategies. This role requires strong administrative and communication skills, and the candidate should have at least one year of experience in a weight-management setting. This position is offered on a zero-hour contract with the potential for a permanent role.
This opportunity is currently offered as a zero-hour contract, with the possibility of a permanent contract as the service develops. The role is to support the HealthyWay Plus team as a Project Officer co‑ordinator, delivering an evidence-based weight management programme to improve health and wellbeing in Medway and supporting the achievement of local and national public health strategies.
The Career Progression Framework (CPF) offers structured development opportunities from Level A to Level B to Level C. The salary offered is at Level A, with possible progression while in post.
