Job description
Overview

You will work as part of an integrated 0‑25 team and will be required to support the full delivery of the Healthy Child Programme. You will also support the universal partnership and partnership plus families, working closely with our commissioners and partners to deliver the best possible services for children, young people and families.

Responsibilities
  • Support the full delivery of the Healthy Child Programme.
  • Assist in managing universal partnership and partnership plus families.
  • Collaborate with commissioners and partners to ensure services meet local needs.
  • Contribute to public health and safeguarding initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Excellent organisational, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team.
  • In‑depth knowledge of the current health agenda relating to children’s services.
  • Valid nursing registration and up‑to‑date qualifications.

Salary

The Trust pays staff in line with national NHS Terms and Conditions. Salary offers may be considered in relation to relevant experience. Part‑time positions are paid on a pro‑rata basis.

Experience

Applicants must demonstrate the ability to fulfil all spoken aspects of the role with confidence through the medium of English. Evidence of English proficiency must be provided if not studied at an English‑speaking institute.
