A community health service provider in the Liverpool City Region seeks a nurse to work in an integrated team helping deliver the Healthy Child Programme. Responsibilities include supporting families, collaborating with commissioners, and contributing to public health initiatives. Ideal candidates will have a valid nursing registration and excellent communication skills, alongside a commitment to working in a community setting. Flexible working opportunities are available.
You will work as part of an integrated 0‑25 team and will be required to support the full delivery of the Healthy Child Programme. You will also support the universal partnership and partnership plus families, working closely with our commissioners and partners to deliver the best possible services for children, young people and families.
The Trust pays staff in line with national NHS Terms and Conditions. Salary offers may be considered in relation to relevant experience. Part‑time positions are paid on a pro‑rata basis.
Staff on the Trust's Redeployment Register will be given priority access to vacancies at their substantive band.

Applicants must demonstrate the ability to fulfil all spoken aspects of the role with confidence through the medium of English. Evidence of English proficiency must be provided if not studied at an English‑speaking institute.
