You will work as part of an integrated 0‑25 team and will be required to support the full delivery of the Healthy Child Programme. You will also be responsible for supporting the universal partnership and partnership‑plus families.

We work closely with our commissioners and partners to deliver the best possible services for the children, young people and families.

You will be joining a proactive skill‑mixed team working together to deliver the Healthy Child Programme. As part of the 0‑25 Service which includes Health Visiting and School nursing you will be working closely with other local statutory, health and voluntary agencies to provide accessible, person‑centred packages of care in response to individual and local need.

Job responsibilities

Applications are welcomed from both experienced and newly qualified nurses; however, some previous experience of working within a community environment would be beneficial. We have an established preceptorship programme in place and you will be well supported by your manager and colleagues and valued in your role. We offer opportunities for personal and professional development and you will receive regular appraisal, clinical and safeguarding supervision.

  • Two years post‑registration with 12 months community experience
