Zusammenfassung

Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 4 Community Public Health Associate to support the integrated 0-19 service in Chipping Norton and surrounding areas. The role involves working with health visitors, public health nurses and families to promote child health and school readiness.

Applicants must have a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle. The post requires collaboration with local teams and the ability to run parenting groups under supervision.

Qualifikationen

• Experience working with children and families.
• Effective communication skills, oral and written.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• IT skills and accurate record keeping.

Aufgaben

• Contribute to the safe and effective delivery of the 0-19 service.
• Promote children’s physical and emotional health and wellbeing, identify concerns early.
• Work with locality teams and support county-wide work where needed.
• Collaborate with partners to facilitate health-enhancing activities and improve health outcomes; deliver services in homes and community settings.
• Work with children 0-8 years under SCPHN delegation to implement and evaluate episodes/care packages.
• Run parenting groups such as Early Days and Marvellous Me and conduct developmental reviews under supervision.

NNEB / CACHE Level 3 Diploma in Childcare

BTEC National Diploma in Children's Care
