A customer-focused attitude is essential for success in this position, along with certification in relevant technologies.
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years’ experience working in a Professional Services role for a Cloud Managed Services provider.
Strong customer focus with ability to communicate at all levels.
Experience in delivering IT projects with strict standards.
Responsibilities
Engaging in design, planning, and implementation of Public Cloud projects.
Lead, design, and implement technical IT projects for clients.
Document completed projects and handover to service delivery teams.
Skills
Strong technical problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong Networking experience
Experience with Azure infrastructure services
