Job summary

Motel One Group in London is seeking a Public Cleaner to maintain immaculate public areas across our 196-room hotel and support the housekeeping team. You will uphold Motel One and The Cloud One cleaning standards and collaborate with external contractors to ensure consistent quality.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, teamwork, and a proactive approach to service excellence. We offer onboarding, trainings, and opportunities across our network of hotels.

Qualifications

• Ideally have professional experience in the hotel/catering and/or cleaning industry or be looking for a change of career
• Pay attention to detail, ensuring that everything is kept clean and tidy
• Have an excellent sense of quality and service
• Be a team player and willing to provide assistance across departments – we achieve our results together

You take pride in keeping things clean and tidy. By cleaning our public areas, you will create a pleasant atmosphere in your Motel One, including:

• Upholding and implementing our Motel One and The Cloud One cleaning standards
