Job summary

Venn Group's specialist Legal Recruitment team is recruiting a Public Childcare Locum for a well-established law firm in Lancashire. This ongoing locum opportunity offers an immediate start and the chance to join a busy, supportive team handling a varied public childcare caseload.

You will manage a caseload from instruction through to completion, represent clients in care proceedings and attend hearings when required.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or experienced Fee Earner with Public Childcare experience.
• Strong knowledge of care proceedings and Public Law Children matters.
• Previous experience managing a busy caseload within private practice or a local authority setting.
