• Clean and service public areas to company standards within allocated timeframes.
• Follow agreed cleaning and presentation standards for all categories.
• Report damages or maintenance issues promptly to ensure repairs.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation in linen rooms, cupboards and working areas.
• Return all cleaning equipment to designated storerooms at the end of each shift.
• Work safely and follow hygiene and health & safety guidelines.
• Contribute positively to the team by working cooperatively.
