Holiday Inn Glasgow Airport is seeking a diligent Housekeeping Team Member to maintain clean, comfortable guest rooms and public areas. You will work to standard procedures, manage time efficiently, and contribute to a welcoming environment for guests.

In this role you will report damages promptly, help keep linen rooms tidy, and collaborate with the team to uphold the high standards our guests expect during their stay at LGH Hotels.

The Opportunity

As a Housekeeping Team Member, you will play an important role in creating a clean, comfortable and welcoming environment for our guests. Your work behind the scenes will directly shape how guests feel during their stay, helping them relax, feel cared for and truly at home.

You will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining guest rooms and public areas to agreed standards, ensuring each space is presented with care and attention to detail. By working calmly, efficiently and consistently within set timeframes, you will help maintain the high standards our guests expect and trust.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and service public areas to company standards within allocated timeframes
• Follow agreed cleaning and presentation standards for all categories
• Report any damages, maintenance issues or breakages promptly to ensure repairs can be carried out
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation in linen rooms, cupboards and working areas
• Return all cleaning equipment to designated storerooms at the end of each shift
• Work safely and responsibly, following hygiene and health & safety guidelines
• Contribute positively to the team by working cooperatively and reliably
