Recruit Genie is seeking a Public Area Cleaner to join our hotel housekeeping team in Daventry. You will maintain cleanliness of public areas across front of house and back of house, ensuring surfaces are dusted, vacuumed, mopped, and sanitized to high standards.

You will deliver friendly guest service, follow cleaning schedules, and assist with deep cleaning as needed. We provide flexible hours, uniform, meals on duty, and training opportunities.

Responsabilidades

• Clean and maintain all public areas including lobbies, corridors, restrooms, and lounges.
• Ensure all surfaces are dusted, vacuumed, mopped, and sanitized regularly.
• Empty bins and dispose of waste in accordance with health and safety standards.
• Replenish supplies such as toilet paper, hand soap, and paper towels.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly.
• Follow daily cleaning schedules and checklists.
• Assist with deep cleaning projects as required.
• Deliver excellent customer service to guests, addressing any requests or concerns politely and professionally.
