A reputable professional membership organisation in London seeks a Public Affairs and Policy Officer on a 6-month fixed-term contract. The successful candidate will help shape policy and advocacy work affecting healthcare. You will develop relations with parliamentarians and stakeholders, support advocacy projects, and contribute to key policy proposals. Excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of the UK political system are essential. This hybrid role requires 2 office days a week.
Salary: £43,392 per annum pro-rata FTE
Duration: 6-Month Fixed-Term Contract
Hours: Full-time, 35 hours per week
Location: London (Hybrid – 2 days per week in the office, Thursdays plus one other day)

As Public Affairs and Policy Officer, you will play a key role in shaping policy and advocacy work. Reporting to the Press and Communications Manager, you will help raise awareness of key organisational policies, influence parliamentarians and policymakers, and contribute to projects that impact healthcare and patient outcomes.
