Marston’s PLC in the heart of our pubs is seeking a Supervisor to lead and motivate a busy team. You’ll deliver excellent guest experiences, manage shifts, and help ensure smooth service during peak and quiet periods.

As a Supervisor you’ll open and close, handle stock and cash, coach colleagues, and work with the pub management team to run a profitable and welcoming operation. If you’re energetic and service‑led, this is for you.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Supervisor or Team Leader role.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team to deliver great guest experiences.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
