The Company of Weavers, Witney is seeking a Shift Manager to support the pub manager and take responsibility for day-to-day operations during shifts, including leading the team, handling customers, and coordinating across front of house, kitchen and bar.

This 40-hour-per-week role offers a starting salary of £29,013, with a bonus scheme (up to 25%), 28 days’ holiday, sick pay, complimentary meals and drinks, 20% off duty discount, pension, loyalty rewards and future pub management opportunities.
