Job summary

Village Hotels - Bournemouth is seeking a friendly Pub & Grill Team Member to drive the guest experience across our Pub and Grill and to flex into other Food & Beverage areas when the hotel gets busy.

You will know the drinks and menus inside out, maintain high hygiene standards, and enjoy working in a fast-paced team. The role offers development opportunities and a caring, energetic culture at Village.

Responsibilities

• Delivering a brilliant experience primarily in the Pub and Grill, while floating to other F&B areas as needed.
• Maintain a proud bar setup and in‑depth knowledge of drinks and menus to ensure smooth service.
• Resolve guest issues on the spot and promote add-ons to enhance satisfaction and hotel profitability.
• Work as part of a team with ownership and integrity, supporting colleagues during busy periods.
• Assist with events and morning functions as required.
