Brewhouse & Kitchen is seeking a General Manager to set the tone and culture across a busy pub. You will coach and develop your team to deliver flawless service, while managing FOH and kitchen operations in a robust microbrewery environment.

You will own the pub P&L, lead shifts, open/close the venue, and be the key contact for the local community. Expect a 40-hour week, a supportive culture, and a strong focus on work/life balance.

Qualifications

• Experience leading busy hospitality teams.
• Strong financial acumen and P&L ownership.
• Robust operations knowledge across FOH and kitchen.
