COREcruitment Ltd is looking for an experienced Pub General Manager to lead a busy pub operation in London (Camden) on an initial 3-month contract with an immediate or October start. The role requires a hands-on leader who delivers exceptional guest experiences and strong commercial performance.

Salary is £45,000 plus Tronc, pro rata for the 3-month term. The ideal candidate will have proven GM experience in a quality pub environment with a passion for food and drink.

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Pub General Manager to join a fantastic pub operation on an initial 3-month contract, with an immediate or October start. We are looking for an experienced, hands‑on General Manager who is passionate about delivering an exceptional guest experience and knows what it takes to run a successful pub.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Proven experience as a General Manager within a quality pub environment
• Ideally, a background with an independent pub group
• Strong food and beverage knowledge and a genuine passion for food and drink
• A strong guest‑focused approach and excellent service standards
• Good commercial and operational understanding
• Experience leading, motivating and developing a team
• A hands‑on approach and the ability to hit the ground running
