JD Wetherspoon plc is hiring for a team member to serve food and drinks in a busy pub environment. You’ll work as part of a team, maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety and customer service, and benefit from flexible shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends and late finishes.

No prior experience is needed; a positive attitude and willingness to learn are key. Full training is provided, with progression opportunities into team leader or pub-manager roles.

Qualifications

• No experience required; good attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to converse in English and understand training duties.

Responsabilités

• Take orders and serve drinks to correct specification.
• Deliver food and clear plates within required timeframes.
• Provide friendly customer interactions and promote promotions.
