• clean all areas of the pub thoroughly to maintain high cleanliness standards.
• shift patterns are flexible including mornings, evenings, weekends and late finishes.
• complete daily, weekly and monthly cleaning tasks following standard procedures.
• use cleaning chemicals and equipment correctly and safely.
• monitor cleaning supplies and report needs to the manager.
