Responsibilities

• Cleaning all areas of the pub to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
• Follow standard operating procedures for daily, weekly and monthly cleaning tasks.
• Use cleaning chemicals and equipment correctly and safely.
• Monitor cleaning supplies and inform the manager when they run low.
• Report maintenance and pest-management issues to the manager on duty.
• Interact politely with customers and maintain professional conduct.
