Job summary

The Red Well in Wellingborough is recruiting a Cleaner. You will keep all pub areas clean and tidy, helping to ensure a welcoming customer experience with flexible shifts for mornings, evenings, weekends, and late finishes.

No previous experience is required as training is provided through our award-winning program. The role offers a competitive pay (£12.91/hr) and inclusions such as meals and staff discounts.

Qualifications

• No experience is required, just a good attitude and willingness to learn.
• Be friendly, enthusiastic and calm under pressure.
• Able to work well in a team and adapt to shifts.

Responsibilities

• Clean all areas of the pub to high standards (customer areas, toilets, bar, kitchen, staff areas).
• Complete daily, weekly and monthly cleaning tasks following SOPs.
• Use cleaning chemicals safely and monitor supplies.
• Be polite to customers and participate in induction and training.
• Report maintenance or pest issues to on-duty management.
