Job summary

No previous experience is required; the training programme is comprehensive and designed to help you learn quickly. You will need a positive attitude, reliability, and good English to start and thrive.

Qualifications

• Proof of right to work is required.
• Bank account in your name is required.
• Ability to converse in English and understand training.
• Reside within reasonable travelling distance of the workplace.
• Basic computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining cleanliness in customer areas, toilets, bar, kitchen, staff areas and outside spaces.
• Completing daily, weekly and monthly cleaning tasks following SOPs.
• Using cleaning chemicals and equipment correctly and safely.
• Monitoring cleaning supplies and notifying the manager when more are needed.
• Reporting maintenance and pest-management issues to the manager on duty.
• Interacting politely with customers and social interactions (greeting, thanking, goodbye).
• Completing required induction and ongoing refresher training and contributing to continuous improvement.
