Job summary

Cornerstone pubs are at the heart of their neighbourhoods and we’re looking for a Chef to join our kitchen team. You’ll prepare, cook and present dishes to meet specs and customer expectations while maintaining high hygiene standards in a fast-paced service.

Work with the team to ensure meals are delivered on time, stay up to date with menus and promotions, and be willing to learn new skills across the kitchen. Strong English and safety awareness are essential.

Qualifications

• Prepare, cook, and present food to meet specs and customer expectations.
• Maintain hygiene levels and safety regulations in the kitchen.
• Communicate clearly with your team to provide high-quality meals to customers on time.
• Keep up to date with new products, menus, and promotions.
• Ability to work under pressure in a busy kitchen and collaborate with the team.
• Passion for delivering tasty and well-presented meals; willingness to learn new skills and assist in different areas.
• Sufficient spoken and written English to perform the role safely and understand allergen controls.
