Job summary

Job description

Teamforce Labour is actively recruiting experienced PTS Machine Controllers (MCs) and PTS Crane Controllers (CCs) for ongoing works across multiple locations in Kent. These are long-term, safety-critical positions with excellent rates of pay and consistent weekend and midweek shifts. Successful candidates will have demonstrable experience managing On Track Plant (OTP), coordinating lift operations, and maintaining high safety standards on-site. We are especially interested in applicants with a proactive approach to site safety, reliability, and teamwork.

Requirements:
  • Valid PTS (Sentinel) card with MC and/or CC competencies
  • Up-to-date Drug & Alcohol test certificate (within the last 3 months) or willingness to complete one
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a similar safety-critical role
  • Flexibility to work weekends, nights, and varied shift patterns
  • Full PPE and ability to travel to sites across Kent
  • Strong communication and leadership skills (particularly for CC roles)
Preferred (but not essential):
  • COSS or Lookout competencies
  • Own transport
Shift Details:
  • Ongoing work available throughout the year
  • Midweek and weekend shiftsNight and day shifts depending on site requirements
  • Locations include but are not limited to: Ashford, Maidstone, Canterbury, Dartford, and Sevenoaks
