The post holder will provide psychological assessment and interventions within CTE, manage a caseload of service users, join the duty psychology rota, liaise with other professionals and agencies, manage and review care plans, and maintain CPD and registration. The successful candidate will offer evidence‑based clinical decisions and treatment options, observe Trust and national policies, work autonomously, and supervise trainees or team members. Clinical oversight will be held by the clinical lead in the service.

The post holder will provide specialist clinical psychology skills within a multidisciplinary team, offer high quality assessment and intervention, work autonomously within professional guidelines, supervise assistants and trainees, and contribute to audit and research.
