Job Title: Psychology Teacher

Contract Type: Full-Time

Salary: £180 - £220 per day (depending on experience)

Start Date: January 2026 with potential to start sooner

About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and inspiring Psychology Teacher to join our dynamic team, delivering engaging and thought-provoking lessons across Post-16 (A-Level) settings. The successful candidate will have a genuine passion for Psychology, excellent subject knowledge, and the ability to motivate students of all abilities.

As a Psychology Teacher, you will play a key role in shaping students’ understanding of human behaviour, cognition, and emotion, encouraging curiosity and critical thinking while supporting academic progress and personal growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver high-quality lessons in Psychology at A-Level.
  • Foster a stimulating and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Assess, monitor, and report on student progress in line with school policies.

About You

To succeed as our next Psychology Teacher, you should have:

  • A degree in Psychology or a closely related subject.
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience teaching Psychology at Secondary and/or Post-16 level.
  • Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
