A healthcare organization in Greater London is seeking a Clinical or Counselling Psychologist experienced in perinatal mental health to lead and develop the psychology team within the Maple Service. The successful candidate will manage psychological therapists and ensure high-quality, evidence-based care for complex clients. Excellent leadership skills are essential, as well as a focus on expanding services and contributing to quality improvement initiatives. We are looking for a Clinical or Counselling Psychologist with significant experience of perinatal mental health to lead, manage and develop our team of clinical, counselling and assistant psychologists working in Maternal Mental Health (Maple Service) which is part of specialist perinatal mental health services (SPMHS) across the five boroughs of the North London Foundation Trust (NLFT).
This recently revised post is an exciting opportunity for someone with energy, enthusiasm and leadership experience and qualities. You will help establish and maintain excellent services which are welcoming, accessible and which deliver high quality evidence based care.
You will join the senior leadership team in SPMHS and be part of a large psychology service across the five boroughs of the NLFT. The wider psychology service can offer you peer support, CPD, specialist supervision and research opportunities and guidance.
