Job summary

GSL Education is looking for a Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant to work in Dudley schools. Immediate start and flexible day-to-day or long-term roles provide valuable classroom exposure, SEN and behaviour support experience.

The role involves supporting pupils 1:1 and in small groups, assisting teachers with tailored activities, and promoting positive engagement. A strong DBS or willingness to apply is required, along with excellent communication skills.

• A degree in Psychology.
• Strong interest in working with children and young people.
