Psychology Graduate- Learning Support Assistant

The school is looking for a Psychology Graduate to work as a Learning Support Assistant to support children with SEND needs. This role will act as a springboard and training ground for graduates who want to learn how to teach and build transformational relationships with pupils. The school can also offer a very clear pathway of progression into the teaching profession.

Responsibilities
  • Tutoring and mentoring groups of pupils and individuals to ensure everyone is at the correct attainment level in all subjects.
  • Actively engaging in every professional development opportunity on the road to a successful career in teaching.
Qualifications
  • Psychology Degree.
  • Have a passion for helping young people excel.
  • Experience working with secondary school aged students (preferable).
