Vision for Education is recruiting a dedicated and compassionate Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant to work in schools across the Newport area. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands‑on experience supporting pupils both academically and emotionally while developing vital skills for a future career in psychology, education, or mental health.

As a Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with children and young people who have a range of additional learning needs, including autism, ADHD, and social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) needs. You will provide one‑to‑one and small group support, helping pupils to engage with learning, regulate emotions, improve behaviour, and develop positive relationships in a safe and supportive school environment.

This role is ideal for a Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant seeking meaningful experience before progressing into teaching, educational psychology, counselling, mental health support, or therapy.
