Psychology Graduate Role
Pay: 90 - 100 per day

Location: Tunbridge Wells

Are you a psychology graduate looking to gain hands on practical classroom experience? Join us at Term Time Teachers as a Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistant, supporting children with diverse learning needs and helping them thrive in their educational journey. This role provides excellent experience for your career journey, working only on days that suit you!

What You’ll Do:
  • Assist teachers in delivering tailored support to SEN pupils
  • Help implement educational activities and support individual learning plans
  • Provide one-to-one or small group assistance to children with additional needs
  • Support positive behaviour management and promote inclusion in the classroom
What We’re Looking For:
  • Psychology graduates passionate about education and child development
  • Empathy, patience, and excellent communication skills
  • Previous experience working with children or in education is an advantage but not essential
  • A commitment to supporting children's learning and wellbeing
Requirements
  • An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
  • Legal right to work in the UK
  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting children’s wellbeing
