Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant – Leytonstone

£90‑£110 per day | Full‑time | Immediate or January start

A fantastic, forward‑thinking primary school in Leytonstone is looking for an enthusiastic and committed graduate to join their team as a Teaching Assistant, supporting pupils with additional learning and emotional needs.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Providing 1:1 and small‑group support for pupils with SEN (ASD, ADHD, SEMH, speech and language needs).
  • Supporting emotional regulation, behaviour management and resilience building.
  • Helping pupils develop communication skills, confidence and independence.
  • Delivering targeted interventions with teachers and SEN specialists.
  • Monitoring progress, observing behaviour and contributing to support plans.
