Psychology Graduates / Students Wanted for Support Roles in Schools
Full-time and part-time positions available.
Start date: September 2025.
Competitive pay starting at £13.75 per hour, paid via our weekly PAYE payroll method.
Flexible roles across the Oldham/ Rochdale area.
Teaching Personnel, in collaboration with specialist provisions in mainstream primary schools the OL1, OL2, OL3, OL16, OL11, M24 and OL10 areas, are seeking Psychology Graduates or Aspiring Teachers to join their teams and provide vital support to students with additional needs. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in a school setting while contributing to the academic and personal development of pupils.
About the Role:
As a Psychology Graduate or Student, your role will involve providing both general classroom support and 1:1 or small group interventions for students with Special Educational Needs (SEN). You will be working closely with the class teachers, who will support and guide you in tailoring your approach to meet the unique needs of each student. You will receive structured training, including access to scheduled sessions where you’ll discuss pupil progress and strategies with teachers.
