Job summary

Veritas Education is seeking a Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant for West London with a September start. You will support students across primary, secondary and SEN settings, providing one-to-one and group assistance to help learners reach their potential.

The role requires recent psychology or related degree and confident behaviour management. Experience with SEN is advantageous, and a passion for education is essential.

• Supporting students to reach their full academic potential.
• Providing targeted support one-to-one, in small groups, and across the whole class.
• Encouraging students to engage actively with their learning.
• Helping to provide a safe and inclusive learning environment.
• Assisting the teacher with classroom activities, promoting positive behaviour, and supporting students overall learning and development.
