Job summary

Protocol Education is seeking Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistants to support students across specialist provisions in Gateshead, Sunderland and South Shields. The role centers on helping learners access the curriculum while supporting emotional wellbeing and engagement within classroom activities.

You will work 1:1 and in small groups, assist literacy and numeracy, and build positive relationships with pupils and staff.

Qualifications

• Psychology degree required as stated in essential criteria.
• GCSE English and Maths grade C/4 or above.
• Passion for supporting young people and wellbeing.

Responsibilities

• Help students access the curriculum in specialist provision.
• Support pupils on a 1:1 and small-group basis.
