MDH, Eastern Shore Hospital Center, Cambridge, MD

MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB

The main purpose of this position is to provide intermediate performance level of psychology services to inpatient psychiatric/forensic individuals at a Court Involved Facility. This position does not supervise.

Provide intermediate performance level psychology services to inpatient psychiatric/forensic individuals at a Court Involved Facility. Do not supervise staff.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Education: Determined by the Maryland State Board of Examiners of Psychologists under the licensing requirements for Psychologists.

Experience: Determined by the Maryland State Board of Examiners of Psychologists under the licensing requirements for Psychologists.

LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS AND CERTIFICATIONS
  • Must be licensed as a Psychologist by the Maryland Board of Examiners of Psychologists prior to permanent appointment to a position. Applicants without a Maryland license may apply before receipt of the required license; the application will remain pending until the license is obtained.
  • Employees may be assigned duties requiring operation of a motor vehicle. Applicants assigned such duties must have a valid Maryland motor vehicle operator’s license.
