NHS Talking Therapies in St Albans and Hemel Hempstead are recruiting a qualified PWP. Please note that appointment to a Qualified Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner (QPWP) post is conditional upon candidates holding current PWP accreditation at the time of appointment. Candidates who have completed their training but have not yet received their accreditation will not be eligible to be appointed into a QPWP position. In these circumstances, any offer would be made on a Trainee Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner basis until accreditation has been formally confirmed. Upon receipt of the required accreditation, the post can then be reviewed and transferred to a QPWP position. We encourage applicants to clearly indicate their accreditation status within their application and provide evidence of accreditation where available.
If you feel you meet the following criteria then we would like to hear from you:
You would be based in St Albans or Hemel Hempstead and would be part of a very well established, experienced and supportive team. This post is a hybrid-working role and there would be an expectation for the post holder to attend the office for a minimum of two days a week and deliver 10% of clinical contacts outside the normal 9-5 hours.
