A leading education provider in mental health is seeking a Psychodynamic Psychotherapist to facilitate course delivery across a variety of programmes. This role involves teaching, supervision, and assessment of master's and doctoral students. The ideal candidate will have a relevant postgraduate qualification and experience in teaching and supervision, adhering to principles of equality, diversity, and inclusion. This position has been introduced to enable flexible delivery within a portfolio of courses, and where appropriate, across portfolios. It aims to facilitate the post holder in implementing a wide range of skills within an integrated post. At senior level, the post holder will be required to undertake a leadership role in relation to an aspect of course delivery, in this instance, the assessment component of the MA in Psychodynamic Psychotherapy (M58), which is accredited by the British Psychoanalytic Council. The post holder will work flexibly across a range of programmes to provide teaching, supervision and tuition to master’s and, where appropriate, doctoral students, as required. The post holder will also be involved in recruitment and assessment processes and will assist flexibly in all aspects of course delivery within the portfolio and other portfolios where relevant.

The position of Psychodynamic Psychotherapist has been introduced to enable flexible delivery within a portfolio of courses, and where appropriate, across portfolios. It aims to facilitate the post holder in implementing a wide range of skills within an integrated post. At senior level, the post holder will be required to undertake a leadership role in relation to an aspect of course delivery such as module leadership; assessment; recruitment etc. The post holder will work flexibly across a range of programmes to provide teaching, supervision and tuition to master’s and, where appropriate, doctoral students, as required. The post holder will also be involved in recruitment and assessment processes and will assist flexibly in all aspects of course delivery within the portfolio and other portfolios where relevant.
