We have an exciting opportunity for a Consultant Psychiatrist to join our mental health team at HMP Stocken. HMP Stocken is a category C training prison housing around 1056 patients the majority of whom are aged between 21-40 years of age.
You will be working closely with the multidisciplinary team consisting of mental health nurses, social workers, healthcare support workers and admin staff, to deliver support to adult males with complex mental health and trauma needs.
20 hours per week works across 2.5 days with flexibility around times and days worked to best meet the needs of the successful candidate, and the service.
We also have opportunities at other establishments in the region to uplift to full time hours if required.
This position is 20 hours per week you’ll receive an annual salary up to £186,480 per annum FTE - depending on experience.
