Job summary

A large transport company is seeking a skilled PSV Technician for their Worsley depot. This full-time role involves servicing, maintaining, and repairing public service vehicles. Candidates must possess a full UK Driving licence and ideally have NVQ level 3 qualifications in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance. The position also offers opportunities for driver training for those without a Commercial Licence. Enjoy working in a dynamic environment from Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm.

Qualifications

• Possession of a full UK Driving licence is required.
• NVQ level 3 or equivalent qualifications in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance.
• Commercial Licence is advantageous; training can be provided.

Responsibilities

• General service, maintenance and repair of public service vehicles.
• Vehicle inspections and MOT preparation.
• Correction of running defects.

Shift: Monday to Friday (Days)

Hours: 8am to 5pm

A great opportunity for a skilled PSV Technician has come up for a client of mine in the Worsley area. My client, a large transport company with a newly refurbished depot are looking to recruit skilled PSV Technicians on a full-time basis.

PSV Technician

• General service, maintenance and repair of public service vehicles
• Cope with the day-to-day pressures that a normal vehicle workshop brings
• Vehicle inspections
• MOT preparation / Presentation
• Correction of running defects

PSV Technician Skills Required

• Possession of a full UK Driving licence is required
• Holding a Commercial Licence would be an advantage, however driver training can be provided
• NVQ level 3 or equivalent qualifications in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance
• Bus Mechanic / PSV Technician
