Role and team

This role is within our Prudential Team in Risk Assurance, Financial Services. The team provides prudential regulatory advice and guidance to clients in the financial services sector, helping them maintain adequate financial resources and manage risks per regulatory requirements and their business objectives. Our diverse client base ranges from niche challenger firms to established financial institutions across the UK and international jurisdictions.

You will make an impact by

Demonstrating experience in:

  • Payment services
  • Prudential regulation
  • Governance, including SM & CR and effectiveness reviews
  • Compliance monitoring
  • Regulatory gap analysis

This role is for a dedicated professional to help grow our regulatory practice.

Business development

Supporting with:

  • Strategic initiatives
  • Developing propositions and responding to tenders
  • Tender/pitch presentations
  • Materials for seminars/events on hot topics
Delivery

Managing and delivering client projects, including:

  • Stakeholder engagement and relationship management
  • Structured document reviews and gap analysis against regulatory standards
  • Client interviews and process walk-throughs
  • Developing solutions, reports, and recommendations
  • Quality assurance and work approval in line with standards

The role also involves supporting FCA Section 166 engagements, managing teams, conducting interviews, testing, and drafting reports.
