What you’ll be doing:
  • Assessing clients at the contingency hotel and obtaining relevant documentation
  • Facilitating referrals, and supporting move‑on plans
  • Identifying support needs and liaising with partner agencies to meet them
  • Assisting with resettlement into permanent accommodation
  • Delivering monthly workshops at the hotel
