Qualifications

• Clear, concise, and accurate communication.
• Full, clean UK driving licence and access to a car for work.
• DBS check required for role.
• Experience in private rented sector or homelessness support is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of private rented accommodation for homeless or at-risk households.
• Source suitable private rented accommodation and negotiate with landlords/agents.
• Inspect properties for health and safety compliance ahead of lets.
• Coordinate with landlords/letting agents to secure accommodation.
• Provide high-quality customer service by phone and in person.
