Overview

Join our client as a Provider Relations Specialist and lead the expansion and management of a PPO provider network that directly improves patient access and care. You’ll negotiate contracts, onboard and train clinicians, and act as the key bridge between providers, patients, and internal teams—shaping how care is delivered across the region.

Compensation: $62,000–$64,000 per year + Bonus

  • Bonus/Annual Incentive: up to $4,300–$4,500 annually (dependent on experience).

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Develop, expand and maintain the PPO provider network; identify and solicit new providers.
  • Negotiate provider rates and coordinate fee schedules with leadership.
  • Conduct individual and regional provider orientations and training sessions.
  • Serve as liaison to resolve provider, client, and patient issues promptly.
  • Support Clinical, Accounting and Marketing teams on provider hookups, proposals, and contract-related tasks.
  • Prepare reports and market intelligence to inform product and network strategy.
