Johnson Controls, Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Associate to assemble prototype precision units in a fast-paced environment. You will follow engineering specifications, perform semi-complex setups, and conduct quality inspections to ensure products meet defined standards.

Responsibilities

• Assemble prototype and production precision units in accordance with engineering specifications.
• Modify and rework components as required to meet product requirements.
• Perform semi-complex setup activities using a variety of assembly fixtures and tools.
• Conduct quality inspections to ensure products meet defined standards.
• Read and follow work instructions, engineering drawings, and manufacturing procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
• Identify and elevate quality, process, or material issues promptly.
• Support continuous improvement activities to enhance efficiency and product quality.
• Work collaboratively with manufacturing, engineering, and quality teams.
• Comply with all health, safety, and environmental requirements.
