Qualifications

  • Master's degree in biology, chemistry, biochemistry or analytical chemistry.
  • Hands-on experience with sample preparation for bottom-up proteomics workflows.
  • Experience operating mass spectrometers and performing basic instrument maintenance.
  • Ability to analyse proteomics data using statistical software.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare samples for LC-MS/MS and run high-throughput proteomics workflows.
  • Operate LC-MS/MS instrumentation and maintain instrument performance.
  • Track projects and incoming samples; maintain accurate lab records.
  • Produce reports and visual outputs for collaborators.
