Qualifications

• Experience processing protection applications and maintaining accuracy.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Proactive approach and clear communication with clients and colleagues.
• Good IT literacy and familiarity with internal systems.

Responsibilities

• Processing protection applications, including life insurance, critical illness and income protection.
• Liaising with insurers, advisers and clients to obtain updates and outstanding information.
• Tracking applications and proactively chasing progress to meet deadlines.
• Checking documentation and client information for accuracy.
• Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems.
• Managing a busy workload while supporting the wider team with administration.
