Overview

We are looking for a Propulsion Technician to support the manufacture, assembly, and testing of next-generation aircraft. You will work as part of a dedicated production team to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery and continuous improvement across the manufacturing facility.

Responsibilities
  • Install and integrate avionic and mechanical components, including propulsion systems.
  • Manufacture and assemble in-house components.
  • Carry out dimensional verification using calibrated tools.
  • Follow safety and quality procedures, maintaining accurate build records.
  • Mentor new team members and promote best practices.
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of engineering drawings and test procedures.
  • Experience with avionic hardware assembly, wiring, and testing.
  • Skilled in using multimeters, oscilloscopes, and soldering tools.
  • Knowledge of ESD-sensitive environments and aircraft manufacturing processes.
Qualifications
  • Completed apprenticeship or NVQ Level 3 in Avionics, Aerospace, or related discipline.
  • Previous aerospace or high-tech manufacturing experience.
  • Familiarity with Lean, 6S, or EWIS standards.
