A leading cancer research organization in the UK is seeking a Proposition & Programme Lead to drive a new fundraising initiative. This role involves strategic planning, cross-functional leadership, and audience engagement to enhance supporter experience and increase funding for cancer research. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in leading teams and developing innovative solutions in complex environments. This position offers a salary of £72,000 - £78,000 plus benefits.

Reports to: Director of Fundraising and Engagement Propositions - Dotted line to Director of Information & Involvement
Directorate: Marketing, Fundraising & Engagement
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Full time 35 hours per week
Location: Stratford, London Office-based with high flexibility (1-2 days per week in the office).
