Job summary

Fyba Talent is seeking a Proposals Engineer to support tendering activity across major water & wastewater infrastructure projects in the UK. The role focuses on MEICA design solutions for tenders, cost estimates, and coordinating internal teams to meet deadlines.

The successful candidate will have experience in proposals/estimating/design roles, a background in water or infrastructure, strong MEICA knowledge, and a degree or HNC/HND in engineering.

Qualifications

• Experience in Proposals / Estimating / Design roles.
• Background in water, utilities, or infrastructure.
• Strong MEICA knowledge (Mechanical & Electrical).
• Commercial awareness and ability to meet deadlines.
• HNC/HND or Degree in Engineering (or similar).
